COLLECTIONS

Client Collection:

Client collection is when the client physically collects his/her order from our Dispatch at 1 Cosmic Street, Linbro Business Park.

Courier Collection:

A Courier Collection is when a client has placed an order and advised us that they will be utilizing their own courier services at their own expense, to collect the order.

3rd Party Collection:

Third Party collection is when our client’s client physically collects his/her order from our Dispatch at 1 Cosmic Street, Linbro Business Park. This is something that needs to be communicated to us, when the order is being placed, before we invoice. The reason this needs to be done is, so that we can make all necessary arrangements and notes on the system to ensure that there are NO INVOICES or paperwork present, upon collection, or in the box. The third-party collector, will only check goods and sign a collection note.

DELIVERIES

Local Delivery to client:

Local Delivery to a client is if a Client has placed an order valued at R7000 and more, and they are local (JHB, PTA areas) one of our Drivers will personally Deliver the Order to the Customers address, provided.

Local Delivery to a Third-Party:

Local Delivery to a third-party is if a Client has placed an order valued at R7000 and more, and they are local (JHB, PTA areas) one of our Drivers will personally Deliver the Order to our Client’s client, to the address the client has provided . This is something that needs to be communicated to us, when the order is being placed, before we invoice. The reason this needs to be done is, so that we can make all necessary arrangements and notes on the system to ensure that there are NO INVOICES or paperwork present, upon delivery, or in the box. The third-party collector, will only check goods and sign a delivery note.

Courier To Client Directly:

Courier to a client directly, of if a client has placed an order valued at R7000 and more, and we make use of our Couriers (EPX) to send the order direct to the customer’s address.

Courier to a Third-Party Directly:

Courier to a third-party is, if a Client has placed an order valued at R7000 and more and they have asked us to courier the order, directly to their client within South-Africa, making use of our couriers EPX. This is something that needs to be communicated to us, when the order is being placed, before we invoice. The reason this needs to be done is, so that we can make all necessary arrangements and notes on the system to ensure that there are NO INVOICES or paperwork present, upon delivery, or in the box. The third-party collector, will only check goods and sign a delivery note.

Courier to EPX Hubs:

For all Orders valued below R7000.00, we offer a Free Delivery to an EPX Hub nearest you. Customers are more than welcome to advise on which EPX Hub is closest to them, and if its within our List of Free Hubs, we will gladly send the order, from our Johannesburg Branch, to EPX Hub, free of charge, to our customer. There’s also an option for our client’s client, to collect directly from EPX, but once again, this would count as a third-party and all relevant communications need to be communicated prior to the Order being placed and dispatched.
